In
order to reserve your appointment, a credit card number
must be given. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN
EXPRESS. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to schedule
Spa Packages. This allows us to schedule your packages
at the times most convenient for you.
For parties of four or more, our
Spa Coordinator will ensure your event is success. Group
packages include a 15% service fee. By special request,
we can arrange refreshments or a light lunch for your
party.
Due to the time and cost to prepare
for each guest, there is a 50% charge on any single
service that is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior
to a scheduled appointment. When cancelling or rescheduling
a reservation, we require a minimum 48 hours notice
for Spa or group packages and a 24 hour notice for all
other services. Reservations cancelled without proper
notice will be billed 50% for each service reserved.
No-Shows and Gift Certificate No-Shows will be charged
full value. |
